It's allergies season and I've been horrible about taking my medications. I am going back and forth with a irritated bone dry nose to it being full of gross snot. Luckily my sweet husband went out and got me one of those fancy nose irrigation systems since I'm a bit leery about using the netipot he got me. Watch as I clear my nose out of all the gunk so I can breathe better. I am still trying to get a hang of it and my deviated septum makes it easy for the salty water to go down into my mouth and throat instead of through the other end of my nose. What a mess!
