Nude Asian After Working Out

You finished doing one (or multiple if you're an all-star) of my workout videos. This is ideal if you only want to cool down for no longer than 6 minutes. If you're feeling super ambitious, you could use my 20 min long stretching routine to cool down after your calorie-blasting exercise. I've been an acrobat for years so these are a few of the many cool down tricks I've learned.
